How does the free trial work?
Sign up and start using Rachna straight away. Your trial has the limits shown above, and you can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you are ready.
How am I billed?
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by card through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time from your account. When you change plan part-way through a billing period, the difference is worked out for the days remaining.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves back to the free plan. There is no cancellation fee.
Do your prices include VAT?
